  • Pls introduce yourself and what you do for the Team?

    I’m Esther Johnson, and I work as a Coordinator/Guest Registration Manager.

  • What inspired you to become a part of the team?
    I joined TheTwinklemoments in 2021 and it’s been an amazing ride so far. Honestly, it was a thing of looking for a side hustle back then but I’m glad to see that it has morphed into something i actually love and enjoy.
  • What’s been the most fulfilling aspect of your journey with the team since 2021?
    Working with the entire team is one for the books - the bants, seriousness, laughter and actively creating solutions has been a memorable one for me. Also, enhancing users’ experience is what I love to do and seeing this come to play in ensuring guests have a memorable experience is fulfilling.
  • What do you look forward to from every event?
    My favorite part of the event has to be when the initial chaos wears out and we can finally have a sigh of relief, that feeling is unmatched really🥹
  • How would you describe yourself?
    Hmm, I’ll say Esther J is determined, sweet & introverted.
  • Do you have hobbies or interests outside of work that helps you unwind?
    When I’m not with the TTM team, I’m probably in the comfort of my home enjoying my rent, lol and sleeping.

  • A little introduction about yourself?

    I’m Ayomide Agunpopo. The trusted side kick and personal assistant to Big Damsssss.

  • When and how did you become a part of the team?
    I joined Twinkle March, 2024 and it’s honestly been such an amazing experience. Prior to that, as a student, I had worked as an event hostess for different events/ planners.
    I’ve always wanted to know more about what goes on backend in the event space so when the opportunity to join Twinkle came up, I didn’t waste time in wanting to be a part of the Team and that has been one of the best decisions I made for myself in 2024.
  • How has been a part of the team been so far?
    Being a part of the Team has really changed how I see things, I’m constantly learning and re-learning and I feel like I’m part of something bigger than I’ve ever envisaged. There’s room to want more, to be better, to be the best at what you do and the best version of oneself.
  • What do you look forward to the most about every brief?
    Every aspect of the event is a highlight for me, from when we get the client onboard to our very first meeting with them, understanding them as a a person, what they want or expect from us, what they want their dream event to be like, to how everything plays out on the day of the event.
    Most importantly, I’d like to say that I communicate better with people.
  • What do you do outside event/ work?
    Outside of events, I’m always on the move, there’s always something for me to do, someplace I need to be. I love visiting new places and I’m known to never sit in one place. lol

    Hi! I’m Adesina Adeola Eunice, the one who keeps the books balanced and the numbers smiling here at Twinkle Moments. I handle all things accounting—basically, I make sure everything adds up behind the scenes so our magic on the front end never skips a beat.
  • What inspired you to be a part of the team?
    A strong desire for growth. I was looking for a place where I could challenge myself, learn something new, and work with a team that brings out the best in me. Twinkle Moments ticked all those boxes, and it’s been such a rewarding ride since!
  • How has your experience being a Twinkle Team Member been so far?
    To be honest, it’s been a blessing. I hadn’t worked in the service industry before, so this role has opened my eyes to a whole new side of accounting. It’s fast-paced, creative, and incredibly collaborative. Plus, our team bonding hangouts are always a vibe—I love how connected we are beyond just work.
  • What do you look forward to the most after every event?
    That moment when we know our clients got value for their money. Seeing their satisfaction and excitement makes all the effort worthwhile. It’s the best kind of feedback we could ask for.
  • Outside of Twinkle, what do you enjoy doing / what are your hobbies?
    I love to read and eat—two of life’s greatest pleasures! Whether I’m getting lost in a good book or enjoying a delicious meal, that’s my perfect way to unwind.
