My name is Sunmonu Mariam, call me Mae
I’m a Coordinator and Bridal Assistant with TTM - How did you become a part of the team?
I had joined the event planning world prior with a vow to never return to it due to prior intense experiences. However, a casual conversation with a family friend encouraged me to give it another shot. My first event with the TTM Team in 2021 turned out to be a transformative experience; I fell in love with the team and their leadership style, which rekindled my passion for event planning. - How do you think your personality and sense of humour contribute to your success as a coordinator and Bridal Assistant ?
I consider myself a relaxed individual and I know i crack the girls up(and they know it too). My ability to bring joy to the team and lighten the mood is one of the things I take pride in. “I look forward to meeting and working with the girls, it’s a highlight of my role. The joy I get from alleviating client worries, no matter how small, is incredibly rewarding. - How has your experience in event planning influenced your career in sales and what skills have you found to be the most transferable?
Event planning has even redirected my career trajectory to sales in corporate life. It has helped me develop precise decision-making skills and improved my confidence in interacting with people, which was once a challenge for me. - Favorite Part of Events?
My favorite aspect of events is seeing every client enjoy the TTM experience. There's something deeply satisfying about ensuring that each event is a memorable one and definitely getting to wrap it up! - What do you enjoy doing Outside of events?
I enjoy listening to music, learning new things, and watching movies. I also love exploring new cuisines, and getting the most amount of sleep possible.

I’m Jumoke Akande, and I work as a coordinator/programs manager. I’ve been with TTM officially for almost two years now. It all started when I began helping my best friend with her work, just for the joy of it. - What has it been like working for the TwinkleMomemts?
Working with TTM has been memorable, and I love being the team member who brings a little humor to the mix. I’ve always had a knack for planning, creating to-do lists, and paying close attention to details. This fits perfectly with my role at TTM, where I handle entertainment and manage event flows for events. - What do you look forward to the most from every event?
Honestly, my favorite part of the job is when event wraps up, and the pressure lifts (haha). It’s so satisfying to see everything come together! - Three words to describe yourself?
If I had to sum myself up in three words, I’d go with reserved, creative, and funny. - When you aren’t busy with events, how do you unwind?
when I’m not busy with events, you’ll find me catching up on my favorite TV shows and movies.

- What inspired you to be a part of the team?
I joined TTM in the year 2021 and ever since then my life has changed for the better . I have no other option but to join the team because Damsss is always optimistic about me making cash for myself and doing better for myself. - What specific skills or experiences do you think have contributed to your growth as an event coordinator and event manager and how do you see yourself continue to evolve in your role?
I’m a strong lady , I’m always passionate about the things I do and I am ever ready to assist others in every way I can and lastly, I’m an ambitious lady.
Joining the Team has taught me a lot in aspect of communicating with people, Addressing a large number of people, it taught me manners and self control. TTM really change my life for the best and I’m so excited to be part of this family . - What’s your favorite part of every event?
My favorite part of event is when things are working according to plan, Watching my team members smile even when they’re stressed and lastly ,The stage where we get to give thanks to God when the event is over. - What do you do in your free time?
I love eating , listening to music , making ladies look beautiful ( of course I’m a lash technician) I see movies on my phone and Have fun when necessary

My name is Precious Adelekan and I am the Lead Coordinator. I joined The Twinkle Moments in 2021, attracted by the opportunity to channel my passion for organization and people management into creating memorable events and the chance to earn some extra cash. - Three words that describe you?
Organized, Communicative, and Collaborative. - What’s it been like since you joined the team?
Since joining, it's been an exciting journey of growth and meeting new people. I've had the chance to meet fascinating people, improve my management skills, and put my organizational abilities into practice. - How has the event space contributed to your overall growth?
This role as Lead Coordinator perfectly aligns with my long-standing goal of working with diverse people and resources to achieve desired outcomes.
My passion for bringing people together and creating smooth-running events goes hand in hand with my role. - What do you look forward to after every event?
My favorite part of any event is the collaborative process - working closely with our talented team and various vendors to exceed our clients' expectations. I also love the post-event moments when we recount our experiences and celebrate our collective achievement. - What do you do to unwind?
When I'm not busily involved in planning events, you'll probably find me relaxing with a good Netflix show or enjoying a novel.

I’m Esther Johnson, and I work as a Coordinator/Guest Registration Manager.
- What inspired you to become a part of the team?
I joined TheTwinklemoments in 2021 and it’s been an amazing ride so far. Honestly, it was a thing of looking for a side hustle back then but I’m glad to see that it has morphed into something i actually love and enjoy. - What’s been the most fulfilling aspect of your journey with the team since 2021?
Working with the entire team is one for the books - the bants, seriousness, laughter and actively creating solutions has been a memorable one for me. Also, enhancing users’ experience is what I love to do and seeing this come to play in ensuring guests have a memorable experience is fulfilling. - What do you look forward to from every event?
My favorite part of the event has to be when the initial chaos wears out and we can finally have a sigh of relief, that feeling is unmatched really🥹 - How would you describe yourself?
Hmm, I’ll say Esther J is determined, sweet & introverted. - Do you have hobbies or interests outside of work that helps you unwind?
When I’m not with the TTM team, I’m probably in the comfort of my home enjoying my rent, lol and sleeping.

I’m Ayomide Agunpopo. The trusted side kick and personal assistant to Big Damsssss.
- When and how did you become a part of the team?
I joined Twinkle March, 2024 and it’s honestly been such an amazing experience. Prior to that, as a student, I had worked as an event hostess for different events/ planners.
I’ve always wanted to know more about what goes on backend in the event space so when the opportunity to join Twinkle came up, I didn’t waste time in wanting to be a part of the Team and that has been one of the best decisions I made for myself in 2024. - How has been a part of the team been so far?
Being a part of the Team has really changed how I see things, I’m constantly learning and re-learning and I feel like I’m part of something bigger than I’ve ever envisaged. There’s room to want more, to be better, to be the best at what you do and the best version of oneself. - What do you look forward to the most about every brief?
Every aspect of the event is a highlight for me, from when we get the client onboard to our very first meeting with them, understanding them as a a person, what they want or expect from us, what they want their dream event to be like, to how everything plays out on the day of the event.
Most importantly, I’d like to say that I communicate better with people. - What do you do outside event/ work?
Outside of events, I’m always on the move, there’s always something for me to do, someplace I need to be. I love visiting new places and I’m known to never sit in one place. lol

I handle all things accounting—basically, I make sure everything adds up behind the scenes so our magic on the front end never skips a beat. - What inspired you to be a part of the team?
A strong desire for growth. I was looking for a place where I could challenge myself, learn something new, and work with a team that brings out the best in me. Twinkle Moments ticked all those boxes, and it’s been such a rewarding ride since! - How has your experience being a Twinkle Team Member been so far?
To be honest, it’s been a blessing. I hadn’t worked in the service industry before, so this role has opened my eyes to a whole new side of accounting. It’s fast-paced, creative, and incredibly collaborative. Plus, our team bonding hangouts are always a vibe—I love how connected we are beyond just work. - What do you look forward to the most after every event?
That moment when we know our clients got value for their money. Seeing their satisfaction and excitement makes all the effort worthwhile. It’s the best kind of feedback we could ask for. - Outside of Twinkle, what do you enjoy doing / what are your hobbies?
I love to read and eat—two of life’s greatest pleasures! Whether I’m getting lost in a good book or enjoying a delicious meal, that’s my perfect way to unwind.
